SEITAN WHEAT ROAST RECIPE:
A vegetarian seitan roast that does great with potatoes and gravy.

Makes 16 slices of Seitan Wheat Roast.
Seitan Wheat Roast Ingredients:
- 1 Dash Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1-1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 cup Tamari (or Soy Sauce)
- 2 cups Vital Wheat Gluten
Seitan Wheat Roast Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except Gluten Flour in mixing bowl and stir to blend.
- Add Gluten Flour. Stir with heavy spoon. Finish mixing with your hands.
- Pat into a roast shape and place in lightly oiled roasting pan or bread pan.
- Bake at 325ยฐF for one hour.
