Store in fridge upside down. The spray bottle works best at room temperature. Remove from fridge 10-15 minutes before using.

According to the manufacturer, this product does not need to be refrigerated until opened. The jar says "keep refrigerated," so grocery stores will display it in the fridge next to the dairy whipped cream.
