Hearty Plant Protein is a high protein, dehydrated, shelf-stable alternative to meat. Just soak in hot water or broth, then use in place of meat in your favorite recipes. This product is unflavored. It will soak up the flavors of your recipe, or get a meaty flavor by adding one of our other great vegetarian / vegan seasoning products.

All small batches are vegan, non-GMO, and made in the USA.

Recipe #4, Pea Protein Bits & Bites - Only made from 1 ingredient: pea protein. Medium sized "bits and bites" of chewy meat alternative. Available in 8 oz. bags that make 16 servings (after hydrated, approximately 2 lbs of meat alternative). SOLD OUT
Recipe #5, Pea Protein Bits & Bites - Only made from 1 ingredient: pea protein. Medium sized "bits and bites" of chewy meat alternative. Available in 8 oz. bags that make 16 servings (after hydrated, approximately 2 lbs of meat alternative). Very similar to Recipe #4.
Recipe #6, Pea Protein Tender Shreds - Only made from 1 ingredient: pea protein. Medium to large sized "shreds" of chewy meat alternative. Available in 6.5 oz. bags that make 13 servings (after hydrated, a little less than 2 lbs of meat alternative). Larger, longer, and lighter than previous recipes. Very tender and able to absorb a lot of flavor, oils, and liquid.
Recipe #7, Fava Protein Crumbles - Made from a blend of fava bean protein and pea protein. Small crumbles of chewy meat alternative. Available in 12 oz. bags that make 24 servings (after hydrated, a over 2.5 lbs of meat alternative). Very similar to our classic Pea Protein Crumbles. Very tender and able to absorb a lot of flavor, oils, and liquid.
