1) Reconstitute Heartline "Chicken" by covering with water & boiling or microwaving for 8-10 min
2) Drain excess liquid, then add Heartline "Chicken" Fillet to your favorite recipes
3) Enhance the flavor by adding one of our other great vegetarian / vegan seasoning products while rehydrating or cooking.
Each 8 oz package makes about 1 lb of vegan / vegetarian chicken.
