"How do you cook Elianni Veggie Cutlets?" Follow these tips for great results!
1) Boil 5 cups of water or broth.
2) Remove from heat, add the veggie cutlets, and wait until tender (about 5 minutes).
3) Drain the Elianni Veggie Cutlets and press out excess liquid using a spatula.
4) After pressing out the liquid, let the Veggie Cutlets marinate in the refrigerator for 25 minutes to absorb your recipe's flavor.
5) Saute the Veggie Cutlets for a wonderfully tender texture.
6) Enhance the flavor by adding one of our other great vegetarian / vegan seasoning products while rehydrating or cooking.
