Dixie Diners' Club - Ground Beef (Not!):
This meat-free, vegan / vegetarian ground "beef" is a great beef substitute for any recipe calling for loose ground beef.
Beef Not! Ground is a great for pizza, casseroles, tacos, chili, and more! Just add hot water or broth, let stand for 5 minutes, then add to your favorite recipes.

"How do you cook Dixie Diners' Beef (Not!) Ground?" Follow these tips for great results!
1) Add Beef (Not!) Ground directly to moist recipes like chili, stew, etc., and let the Beef (Not!) rehydrate while the dish cooks
OR
1) Rehydrate Beef (Not!) Ground by covering it with water then...
2) Let rest for 5 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes
3) Drain excess liquid, then add Beef (Not!) Ground to your favorite recipes
4) Enhance the flavor by adding one of our other great vegetarian / vegan seasoning products while rehydrating or cooking.
