Dixie Diners' Club - Beef (Not!) Fortified Chunks:
These meat-free, animal-free vegan / vegetarian "beef" chunks are a great beef substitute for all your soup and stew recipes. Add directly to your favorite soup or stew recipes, or boil in broth for 8 minutes, then add to any recipe.
Wonderful, tender, meaty texture. Just like a slow-cooked roast "beef"!
Cooking Tips:
"How do you cook Dixie Diners' Beef (Not!) Chunks?" Follow these tips for great results!
1) Add Beef (Not!) chunks directly to your soups and stews!
OR...
1) Cover in hot water and boil on the stovetop over medium heat for 8 minutes or microwave for 5-8 minutes
2) Drain the Beef (Not!) and press out as much liquid as possible.
3) Enhance the flavor by adding one of our other great vegetarian / vegan seasoning products while rehydrating or cooking.
This 1 pound bag makes approximately 3.4 lbs or 9 servings of vegan / vegetarian "beef" chunks.
